Argonaut Investments, founded in 1992, is a privately held commercial real estate investment management firm.
The company focuses on the acquisition, management and redevelopment
of neighborhood and community shopping centers throughout the western United States.
Argonaut’s portfolio presently consists of over 40 properties, with more than $750 million in assets
under management, including over 4.25 million square feet of retail space in the western United States.
Argonaut’s philosophy is to purchase and maintain quality centers that reflect the inherent need of the communities in which they are located.
We have strong, long-lasting relationships with national tenants that mesh well with local tenants in each individual market.
Our goal is to continue adding viable centers to our growing portfolio that can be improved and held for long-term investments.

Investment Strategy
Argonaut Investments acquires and manages retail properties with a strategic focus on neighborhood shopping centers in targeted markets throughout the western United States. We focus on properties with stabilized cash flow and value-enhancement opportunities. Our philosophy is to be both conservative and opportunistic in our approach to enhancing asset value over time. We strive to reduce investment risk to the greatest extent practicable while providing attractive returns to our investors.
Argonaut Investments conducts its investment activities through individual, single-asset partnerships and limited liability companies. Our investor base consists of select high net worth individuals and families. Argonaut’s principals personally invest in all of the properties to ensure a full alignment of interests and show our strong commitment to only making investments we believe will be successful.
