Katherine Lucchese
Katherine Lucchese, Senior Property Manager, joined Argonaut Investments in June 2022. Katherine has 15+ years of commercial property management experience in the Bay Area. Most recently, Katherine was responsible for a portfolio of approximately 1 million sq. ft. A-Class office assets with Boston Properties in the SOMA district of San Francisco. During her tenure at Boston Properties, Katherine opened (4) brand new office/retail properties, developed and executed budgets and reporting, maintained tenant relations and oversaw the day-to-day building operations for each property.
Katherine received her bachelor’s degree from University of California Santa Barbara. Katherine was born in Marin County, raised in Southern California, and has returned to Marin where she lives with her husband and two daughters. Katherine enjoys spending time with family outdoors, hiking or biking or simply enjoying pizza together.
