Brendan McNamara
Brendan McNamara, Development & Construction Manager, joined Argonaut Investments in the summer of 2019. Brendan began his real estate career at a boutique wine storage company based out of Marin. He soon joined DCT Industrial as a Property Manager where his team was responsible for their Northern California portfolio totaling over 4.6 million square feet. At DCT Brendan established great tenant relationships, mentored and managed a large team of building personnel, and played an active role in budget preparation, building maintenance, and capital improvements. Brendan later joined Harvest Properties where he oversaw 1 million square feet of Class A commercial assets including office, retail, and industrial product type. During his time with Harvest he was responsible for managing new and existing tenant improvement projects, running large and complex capital redevelopment projects, and overseeing all aspects of the operating budgets and property staff.
Brendan holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Davis. In his spare time he enjoys mountain biking, golfing, and spending time with his family and friends. Brendan resides in Marin County, California with his wife and two young boys.
