Stephen Hasbrook
Stephen Hasbrook, Financial Analyst, joined Argonaut Investments in 2025. Stephen brings experience in real estate and financial analysis spanning investment sales, underwriting, and business development. During his time at Northmarq, he served as an Investment Sales Analyst covering multifamily and commercial real estate, building financial models to underwrite over $600M in transactions and managing full-cycle deal execution across 40+ deals annually. He also led business development efforts in the retail sector and represented landlords in purchases and lease negotiations.
Prior to real estate, Stephen specialized in commodity market analysis at McKeany-Flavell, covering agricultural and energy markets and producing reports for 650+ subscribers across 150+ companies. The combination of real estate transaction experience and commodity market analysis gives him a data-driven perspective on investment opportunities.
Stephen received his BS in Global Business from Saint Mary’s College of California. Outside of work, he and his wife enjoy exploring San Francisco’s restaurant scene, spending time in nature, and staying active.
