Argonaut Investments is pleased to announce the acquisition of Boatyard Shopping Center in Fort Bragg, California.
Acquired on February 10, 2026, Boatyard Shopping Center is a 103,000-square-foot, grocery-anchored neighborhood shopping center serving both the local community and California’s scenic North Coast tourism market. The property features a strong mix of national and local tenants, including Harvest Market, Dollar Tree, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Subway, and other neighborhood-serving businesses that provide essential goods and services to the community. This acquisition reflects our belief that necessity-based retail centers in supply-constrained markets provide durable value for tenants, communities, and investors.
As long-term owners, we are committed to investing in the properties we acquire. Our commitment began on day one. Since closing, we have completed roof replacements on multiple buildings and restored the property’s pylon and monument signage. Over the coming months, we will continue enhancing the property through exterior repainting, parking lot repaving and restriping, LED lighting upgrades, and landscape improvements as part of our long-term commitment to maintaining a high-quality shopping environment. We are especially grateful to the many long-standing tenants who have helped make Boatyard Shopping Center an important part of the Fort Bragg community.
