Craig Peterson
Craig Peterson, Director of Property Management, joined Argonaut Investments in the Fall of 2021. Craig has 10 years of diverse commercial real estate experience. He started his career locally with Macerich where he helped oversee the Northgate Mall and the Village at Corte Madera. He later transitioned from retail to office, data center, lab, and industrial properties with Harvest Properties. During his tenure with Harvest, he oversaw a portfolio of 500K+ sq. ft. Class-A office in the Central Business District as well as 1+ million sq. ft. of industrial in the East Bay. He transitioned from managing East Bay properties to overseeing Harvest Properties San Francisco and Daly City portfolio. Here he was responsible for staffing, assisted in acquisitions and dispositions, managed all capital improvements, assisted with lease negotiations, financial reporting, budgeting, and operations.
Craig received his bachelor’s degree from Sonoma State University. Born and raised in the Bay Area, Craig enjoys time with his dog at Fort Funston, fitness, travel, and eating out at fantastic restaurants the Bay Area has to offer.
