Tom Baldacci

Tom Baldacci, Director, Investments, joined Argonaut Investments in 2022. He brings a broad real estate and finance background spanning acquisitions, underwriting, development, property operations, budgeting, and financial planning. Prior to Argonaut, Tom held roles at Castle Companies and Long Meadow Ranch, where he supported development projects, acquisition analysis, asset-level budgeting, and long-range financial planning.

Tom’s experience across both real estate operations and financial analysis gives him a practical perspective on investment evaluation and transaction execution. He received his BS in Civil Engineering and MS in Finance from Santa Clara University.
