Shalene Conway joined Argonaut Investments in May 2021 and serves as a Property Manager overseeing the operations, budgeting, tenant relations, maintenance management, and capital improvement projects for her portfolio of properties. She is dedicated to maximizing asset value, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional service to both tenants and ownership.

With experience spanning residential, office, and retail property management, Shalene brings a well-rounded perspective to property operations and portfolio performance. Prior to transitioning into property management, she held leadership positions with In-N-Out Burger, where she managed teams, operational processes, employee development, financial accountability, and relationship management. This foundation strengthened her ability to lead diverse teams, manage complex operations, and build strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and colleagues.

A firm believer that communication is the foundation of every successful organization, Shalene is known for her collaborative approach, active listening skills, and ability to build meaningful relationships with tenants, vendors, and colleagues. Her educational background includes a BA in Psychology and an AA in Human Resources, providing a strong foundation for her people-first leadership style and problem-solving approach.

Shalene resides in Sonoma County, where she enjoys gardening and traveling with family and friends whenever possible.
