Katherine Lucchese

Katherine Lucchese, Senior Property Manager, joined Argonaut Investments in June 2022 and brings more than 18 years of commercial property management experience throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

At Argonaut, Katherine oversees a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, focusing on operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, capital project execution, and financial performance. She is responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, tenant relations, vendor management, and the day-to-day operations of her assigned assets.

Prior to joining Argonaut, Katherine managed approximately 1 million square feet of Class A office properties in San Francisco’s SoMa district with Boston Properties. During her tenure, she played a key role in opening four newly developed offices and retail properties, leading building operations, tenant engagement, budgeting, and reporting initiatives.

Katherine earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

A California native, Katherine was born in Marin County, raised in Southern California, and now resides in Marin with her husband and two daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, hiking, gardening and exploring the Bay Area.
